About ConversionBeast

ConversionBeast is a performance marketing agency providing paid media management, conversion rate optimization, campaign strategy, analytics, landing page optimization, and related digital marketing services. These Terms govern your use of our website and any services we provide under a signed client agreement or proposal.

Services & client responsibilities

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement, which takes precedence over these general Terms in case of any conflict.

To enable effective delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, assets, and timely approvals needed for campaign execution.
  • Grant access to necessary accounts (ad platforms, analytics, CMS, etc.) for the duration of the engagement.
  • Ensure all materials you supply comply with applicable advertising platform policies and do not infringe third-party rights.
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your business, products, or services that may affect campaigns.


An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Payment terms

Payment terms are detailed in your signed Service Agreement. Generally:

  • Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in your agreement (typically 7–14 days from invoice date).
  • Ad spend budgets paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) are separate from agency fees and remain the client’s direct responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for accounts with overdue balances.

No guarantee of results & no refund policy

All fees paid to ConversionBeast are non-refundable. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

Performance marketing involves inherent uncertainty. While we are fully committed to delivering data-driven strategies and continuous optimization, ConversionBeast does not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • A defined return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per lead, or conversion rate.
  • A specific revenue figure, number of leads, or volume of sales.
  • Consistent or sustained performance across all market conditions.


Campaign results are influenced by numerous factors entirely outside our control, including:

  • Market conditions, seasonality, and competition levels.
  • Algorithm updates and policy changes by third-party advertising platforms.
  • The quality, pricing, and demand for your product or service.
  • Delays or inaccuracies in assets, approvals, or information provided by the client.


For these reasons, dissatisfaction with campaign performance does not constitute grounds for a refund or chargeback. Refund requests made on the basis of results will not be entertained. If you have concerns about campaign performance, we encourage you to raise them with your account manager so we can address them proactively.

Intellectual property

All content on conversionbeast.com — including text, graphics, logos, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of ConversionBeast and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Upon full payment of all outstanding fees, you own the campaign assets and creative materials produced specifically for your engagement. ConversionBeast retains ownership of any proprietary frameworks, templates, processes, or tools used in delivering the services.

We reserve the right to reference your company as a client and describe campaign outcomes in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement, including business strategies, financial data, campaign performance, customer information, and proprietary processes. Confidential Information will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law. This obligation survives the termination of the service relationship.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ConversionBeast shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any third-party platform decisions including ad account suspensions, policy changes, or algorithm updates.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

Termination, governing law & contact

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the notice period in the signed Service Agreement (typically 30 days written notice). Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. Confidentiality and IP provisions survive termination. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or territory in which ConversionBeast is registered and operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of the relevant jurisdiction. We may update these Terms at any time by updating the effective date above. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
