Subscription pricing and billing cycles may vary based on the plan you select at the time of purchase. Available plans may include monthly, annual, or other billing intervals as offered by ConversionBeast.com at its discretion. The specific price and billing cycle applicable to your subscription will be clearly presented to you at checkout.
We reserve the right to introduce new plans, retire existing ones, or adjust pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, any price changes will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice sent to the email address on file. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the updated pricing. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.

Your sub-account is licensed for lawful business use only. You agree not to use the platform for:

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your sub-account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, the accuracy of your contact and billing information, and compliance with all laws applicable to your use.
You are responsible for your own data — including contacts, pipelines, automations, and content — stored within the platform. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss resulting from platform outages, account termination, or third-party failures.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” ConversionBeast.com makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from this service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice or refund, if:
Upon termination, your access to the sub-account will be revoked. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ConversionBeast.com operates. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of our operating jurisdiction.
By using our services, you waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against ConversionBeast.com to the extent permitted by applicable law.
