Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any service offered through ConversionBeast.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our services.

These terms apply specifically to our GoHighLevel (GHL) White Label Sub-Account offering and any related services provided under this plan.

Service Description

ConversionBeast.com provides clients access to a white-labeled GoHighLevel sub-account under our agency account. This includes:

• One (1) GHL sub-account provisioned and managed under the ConversionBeast white-label environment
• Access to GHL’s CRM, pipeline management, email/SMS marketing, funnel builder, and automation tools as made available by GoHighLevel
• Branded access under our agency’s white-label domain or a domain you configure
• Basic onboarding support to help you get started

We reserve the right to modify the features included in this plan with reasonable notice. Feature changes driven by GoHighLevel platform updates are outside our control.

Pricing & Billing

Subscription pricing and billing cycles may vary based on the plan you select at the time of purchase. Available plans may include monthly, annual, or other billing intervals as offered by ConversionBeast.com at its discretion. The specific price and billing cycle applicable to your subscription will be clearly presented to you at checkout.

• Billing begins on the date of purchase and recurs automatically on the same calendar date according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly, annual, or otherwise)
• Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment covering a 12-month access period
• Payment is collected via the payment method you provide at checkout
• If a payment fails, access to your sub-account may be suspended after a 7-day grace period; annual plan access is suspended immediately upon payment failure
• Prices are listed in USD. International transaction fees, if any, are your sole responsibility
• Plan types, billing intervals, and available pricing tiers may be updated or expanded at any time at our discretion

We reserve the right to introduce new plans, retire existing ones, or adjust pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, any price changes will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice sent to the email address on file. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the updated pricing. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at the email: support@conversionbeast.com.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until that date
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle
• Monthly charges already processed are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge for review
  
  

We do not offer free trials. All sales are final for the current billing period.

Permitted Use

Your sub-account is licensed for lawful business use only. You agree not to use the platform for:

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam), in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, or applicable anti-spam laws
• Phishing, fraud, or any deceptive marketing practices
• Distributing malware, illegal content, or infringing materials
• Any activity that violates GoHighLevel’s own Terms of Service
• Re-selling or sub-licensing access to your sub-account to third parties without our written permission

Violation of permitted use may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your sub-account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, the accuracy of your contact and billing information, and compliance with all laws applicable to your use.

You are responsible for your own data — including contacts, pipelines, automations, and content — stored within the platform. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss resulting from platform outages, account termination, or third-party failures.

Limitations of Liability & Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” ConversionBeast.com makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from this service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice or refund, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• Your use poses a legal, reputational, or technical risk to our agency account
• GoHighLevel terminates or restricts our agency account in a way that affects your sub-account
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

Upon termination, your access to the sub-account will be revoked. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain prior to termination.
